1985 - 2005 Consultant for Europe Assistance - Italy – and ACI (Automobil Club Italia) as intensive care doctor for emergency medical transports, with more than one hundred national, international and intercontinental missions.
Since 1987 head medical coordinator for one of the three medical staffs weekly involved in transports of the patients.
Consultant of Europ Assistance as intensive care doctor for sportive teams:
Milan Football Club (1988 – 1990), Devils Hockey Club (1989 – 1993), and Mediolanum Rugby (1992 – 1993).
1992 - 2003 Member of the Italian Medical Sports Federation affiliated to C.O.N.I.

1993 - 2002 Stated member of the Medical Commission of the Italian Motorboat Federation (IMF) of the Olympic Italian Committee.
1993 - 2002 Head medical coordinator and team leader of helicopter water rescue of IMF for the offshore world championship.

1990 - 1995

Intensive care doctor during motor-racing competitions at the National Autodromo of Monza for the Italian Red Cross.
Since 1991 medical head coordinator of the intensive care doctor staff for the races teams and in charge for the Intensive care Unit of the Autodromo.
